This little crusher is easy to transport and really chews up the rock. The feed tube is 3" x 3". We use a 12” dia. round cylinder, which improves the pulverization process. The 8.5” extra deep cylinder keeps the rock in the crusher longer and doubles the number of chains we can use, giving the 8 chains more time to reduce the grit size of the output to 100 to 200 mesh and finer. There are two self centering bearings with grease fittings for easy lubrication, the chains are grade 7 chain and last a very long time. We use a 7/8” standard 3/16” key way shaft. All of the parts of the crusher are replaceable, except for the crusher body and frame. This crusher is designed to use either a 2 HP electric motor, or a 6.5 HP Gas Engine to run the crusher at optimum output. The complete crusher without motor weighs 96 lbs, shipping weight is 124 . The crusher only weighs 165 lbs with motor installed and ready to go. This crusher comes with an adjustable engine mounting plate configured for either a 2 HP electric motor, or a 6.5 HP Gas Engine. The pulleys for the motor, crusher and v-belt are supplied . Just use the supplied mounting bolts and nuts to attach your gas or electric motor and you’re ready to MAKE SOME DUST. There is an additional ring gasket, a set of 8 chains, 6 spare output screens, and a spare v-belt inside the cylinder when shipped. You must purchase either a 2HP electric motor or a 6.5 HP gas engine. We can supply vendor names and addresses for electric motors or gas engines at reasonable prices. We ship the Crusher via UPS to the lower 48 states, mounted on a mini pallet. International shipping not available. We manufactured this Crushers in Washington State. Our Crushers body comes with a 5 year warranty against faulty welding on the cylinder and frame. Return the crusher for repair or replacement of the broken part. You pay shipping both ways.
